ALL THE FISH YOU CAN EAT.  That's what the ad said about the Victoria Lions Fish Fry on Friday, March 11th.  As you can see, I hid the fishhook last month in  the "C" of the word "CAN."  As some readers noted, the fish fry ad was an appropriate place to hide a fishhook!

When I dipped my hand into the minnow bucket, I found Earl H. Klein of Waconia swimming around with a bunch of other entries in the monthly drawing, and he is the fellow who came up for air just at the right time to win the $10 prize.  Congratulations, Mr. Klein.  Your winnings will be on its way to you shortly.

There is another fishhook hidden in this issue of the Gazette.  If you find it, and want to be included in the next drawing, email Sue@VictoriaGazette.com telling of its location, or drop a line to Box 387, Victoria, MN 55386, and sinker in the mail.  Now that Lent is over, fish fries aren't going to be so pervasive.  But fishing will most likely remain popular.  Thank you, Tony Vogel, for the delicious package of fresh perch.  They were outstanding.  I fried 'em up and we ate them all the very next day.
