Hi, Susan. We got home from Texas on Wednesday, April 9th.  It was sunny and almost 100 degrees when we left Alamo and here at the farm we got a foot of snow on April 10th!  Louie took some pictures of us with my digital.

Blest Be the Tie That Binds. This past February, as I left a speaking engagement for Hennepin County Workforce, I noticed there was a Job Fair being held in the convention center as well.  While walking through the Job Fair I saw a sign, “Celebrating 35 Years,” and stopped to talk.  I ended up being asked to speak at the celebration on April 30th at the Brooklyn Park campus of Hennepin Technical College.  In 1977 I was also asked to speak at the Hennepin Technical College.  That’s a picture of me in 1977 with a class member at the time.  I am so very honored to also be part of the college’s 35-year celebration.  It’s amazing that my own career and vocation of 32 years is so tied in with the college’s 35 years.
