The Victoria

GAZETTE

To the Editor:

The Hartman crew is very appreciative for the double page presentation of pictures of the tree removal process at your place and spreading the word of our being in business over 40 years.  Thank you.

To the Editor:

I was going to email you after Mom's party to thank you for all of the free advertising and to tell you I found the fishhook in the bunny's ear in May's Gazette but time got away from me.  However, I did find the fishhook in June's Gazette too.  It's on page 8, around the arm of the sofa in Yetzer's ad.  Please enter me in the drawing and thank you very much for all you did regarding Mom's party.

To the Editor:

Hi, Sue.  I didn't expect my last note to be in print.  Well, you finally got me.  In hindsight, I should have remembered the May issue of the Gazette was not the first time you hid the fishhook in a photo.  I will remember now.  Haste makes waste.  This time it's hidden in the Yetzer's sofa arm.

Take care and keep up the great paper ... which reminds me, I haven't finished reading it yet.

To the Editor:

Life is simple:  eat, sleep, and fish.  I've seen that quote on a hat in catalogs.  Snooze on the couch on page 8 (in the May Gazette) and be on guard with the fishhook hanging on the arm of the couch.  It's a white couch so the Mrs. wouldn't want it soiled with muddy clothes from fishing.

A local yokel from Victoria recently caught a 29 1/2 pound walleye in Lake Emily, near Morris, Minnesota.  Tom Schrempp, a Victoria classmate of mine from Guardian Angels Class of 1979 and Chaska High School Class of 1983 and Brian Schmieg.

The last time I saw Tom was when we were seniors in 1983 at Chaska High, which is now Middle School West.  That school was first built as an elementary school.  Then a high school was added onto it.  I remember having kindergarten in what later became the pottery classroom.  I had pottery class in 10th grade,

The "new" elementary was built in 1970 behind CHS and it's still an elementary school.  I still have my kindergarten report card.  I knew my address, phone number, and everything else but not colors and I could not tie my shoes yet.  Now I'll be 46 on July 24th.  No gray hair or crow's feet yet!

To the Editor:

I understand you are responsible for marketing and sales at the Victoria Gazette.  I respect your time, so I'll get right to the point.  We can help you obtain small to medium sales and contracts with the Department of Defense, Military, and Federal Government.

If you market on an international or national basis and have an annual sales volume of at least six million dollars, you can get a full display ad in the Government Buyers Guide without cost or obligation for a 30-day trial period.
