To the Editor:
Here is my $10 for another year's subscription.  The Victoria Gazette keeps me in touch with my roots in Victoria from 50 years ago.  Wow!  That's a long time ago that I left grade school there, but the names I see still bring back great memories of super times - listening to the music on Saturday nights from the band stand on wheels or Victoria playing Boni in baseball on Sunday afternoon or the Mission Festival at the Lake Auburn Moravian Church or ...
Thank you, and a big thanks for the photo from the Victoria Feedmill Restau-rant and the Grimm Alfalfa farrm home where I was born.  You can see a blownup version on my dad's wall at Good Samaritan in Waconia.

To the Editor:
Just wanted to say I love your paper.  It's so much fun to read about people you know and grew up with.  And a quick note to Mike Wartman:  Mike, please don't ever stop bringing back the memories.  Thanks.

To the Editor:
My brother Jerome Zanger passed away last April.  I have been enjoying his copies of The Victoria Gazette for the last several months and must keep them coming.  Please renew the subscription for me.  Thanks.

To the Editor:
Enjoyed finding the fishhook in the February issue of the Victoria Gazette.  Enjoyed even more having our named pulled in the drawing.  Thank you very much.  Returning the check to ensure another year of excellent and enjoyable reading.  Keep the Gazette coming.

To the Editor:
How nice ... the photo album at www.printspublishing.com!  You are the talk of the Holy Family Catholic High School Office this morning.  Thank you so much.  I have taken the liberty to copy the pictures and put them in my "comput-er picture file" here at the school.  Just want to be sure that this meets with your approval.  Also, could I feel free to use some of these photos in various publica-tions and PR pieces for the school and future events?  Just let me know.  Want to be sure that I am following proper protocol.
Thanks again, Sue.  You add so much to our community and various entities that find their home here in Victoria.

To the Editor:
As always, we continue to enjoy every issue of the Victoria Gazette.  I recently went to Ireland with a friend and we visited a few pubs.  We saw a few signs behind the bars that I thought you might enjoy:
"To drink is bad.  To thirst is worse."
"In God we trust.  Others pay cash."
"A friend in need is a bloody nuisance."
Enclosed find a check for another year of the Gazette.

To the Editor:
Thank you so much for your wonder-ful publication.  With two daughters and their families in Victoria, we feel a strong connection to the community.  We visited my uncle Father Elstan for a few days last week in Indian River, Michigan.  We were happy to see him look so well.  We had a great time and he sends his love to all.

To the Editor:
That's quite the lure on page 36 of your April Gazette.  Add a few more hooks and bait and the fish will come running over to their snack and fish dinner all around the tire.
Hard to believe it's BBQ and mosqui-to season.  That long boring winter is done for a while.  We bellyache about the cold winter; now we'll bellyache about the hot summer.  The only good thing with hot weather is the arthritis doesn't hurt as much.  Yep, I got arthritis too.  I just found out last November.  My foot was finally x-rayed after six years of this injury.  I found out my foot was broken.  It's crooked and two toes have arthritis.  I won't ever be able to walk normal again.

Thanks for the great photo layout of the Spirit of Fire on your website.  You do a great job.
