Blooming Fantasy.  Members of the Arboretum Photographers Society put on an exhibit in January at the MN Landscape Arboretum in Chanhassen, having captured colorful flowers and blossoms for a show entitled “Blooming Fantasy.”  The Arboretum is located on the east stoop of Victoria.  This attached photo is by Mark Paulson.

Hocky Hardware.  The Chaska Bantam B1 took home hardware in its past two tournaments.  They took 2nd place in the Richfield Tournament, beating Crow River/Delano 9-2, beating Hopkins 6-2, and losing the championship game to Burnsville 3-2.

         In the Thanksgiving Tournament in Eden Prairie, they took 3rd, beating Woodbury 4-3 in overtime, losing to Lakeville 5-1, and beating Stillwater 4-2.

Third Place in Super Rink Spectacular.  Chaska/Chanhassen PeeWee B2 purple took Third Place over the Thanksgiving weekend at the Super Rink Spectacular in Blaine.  The team was led by the outstanding effort of Goaltender Calvin Green of Victoria.  Leading scorer was Collin Seal of Victoria. Katie Lynch of Victoria provided a strong effort with a goal and an assist.  The team was 2-1 overall and outscored their opponents 13-6.  Head Coach is John Lynch of Victoria.  Assisting him are Ian Seal of Victoria and John Bergo with Dana Kulics and Tina Shear managing.
