To the Editor: This is a special invitation for you and your guests to attend a press screen-ing of the upcoming move The Astronaut Farmer starring Billy Bob Thornton, Virginia Madsen, Bruce Dern, and Bruce Willis. The film is about a retired NASA astronaut who sets out to build his own space transportation vehicle. The story focuses on today's revolutionary entre-preneurs in the private space industry. It takes a close look at the dedication, ambi-tion, and magnificent accomplishments of an astronaut, and the stress it can put on a family. The film's stars will be available for interviews. Let us know if you would like to see a screening and participate in the opening of the film. Warren Betts Warner Bros. Pictures
To the Editor: At our Chaska High School Gala Fundraiser Committee meeting, Bob Roepke suggested that we ask you if you could put our fundraising information on your website. Attached is a flyer advertising the Chaska High School Activities and Athletic Department First Annual Gala Fundraiser on Saturday, March 17th, at the Oak Ridge Conference Center. Any assistance you can give us in presenting this event to the public would be truly appreciated. Carol Walker, CHS Chaska, Minnesota
To the Editor: The Gazette is such a fun paper to check up on all the events and news around the city. We don't get around the big city like we used to when it was about 425 population and we knew everyone back in 1963. I can't believe the growth. It is so fun to go to church and see all the young families. God has blessed our town. Found the fishhook in the softball glove on page 21. Loretta Kocka Victoria, Minnesota
To the Editor: Hi, Sue. This is John Fox, from just down the road on Lilac Lane. I noticed in the Gazette today that my son Nelson has been accepted at Luther College. While that is technically correct, he'll actually be attending St. John's this fall. Perhaps you received this information from the Chaska High School? Nelson is in Sri Lanka right now with Audrey and our other son Clayton, on a mission trip to rebuilt from the tsunami. Have a great one. John Fox Victoria, Minnesota
EDITOR'S NOTE: The information came from the director of enrollment at Luther College.

The churches are Chaska Moravian in Chaska, Lake Auburn Moravian in Victoria, and Waconia Moravian in Waconia. The Moravian Church in North America now has about 60,000 members. Worldwide there are more than 750,000 Moravians with more than 2/3 in Africa. Eighty percent of the worldwide member-ship of the church are people of color. Kathryn Scepanski Bethlehem, Pennsylvania
To the Editor: So many people came to eat at Guardian Angels on February 11th that some had to be turned away when they ran out of food! The men of G.A. Parish put on a utopian beef and sausage dinner, giving of themselves, their time, and making 3,600 pounds of sausage. Utopia is an imaginary island des-cribed as having a perfect social system. Utopia is also the title of a book written by St. Thomas More in 1516. Utopia often is used to refer to any place or state of ideal perfection. The G.A. dinner here at Chaska was ideally perfect. I asked Francis Rittenhouse to accompany me to the dinner. Francis lives a few rooms down from me at Talheim. He was so impressed with the dinner, how so many men worked so cheerfully like clockwork, and served a few thousand people so efficiently. I don't know how any meal could taste better - real delicious beef, sausage, mashed potatoes with good gravy, cole-slaw, green beans, and pie. I'm sure they will make more food next February. God bless the G.A. men and all who patronized the dinner, includ-ing so many from Victoria. Father Conran Schneider Victoria, Minnesota
