Dedicated to the sunshine of truth,

the moonshine of meeting deadlines,

and the starshine of Victoria.

To the Editor:

Good paper.  We just moved to the area and are really glad we have a local paper.

         June Kenealy

         Victoria, Minnesota

To the Editor:

Imagine my excitement when I found the fishhook on page 13 in the Nickle Dickle Days Yetzer's ad in the September edition.  This is the first time ever that I found it the first time through the paper.  Some months I never find it.  Wow.

         Judy Koch

         Waconia, Minnesota

To the Editor:

Hi, Sue.  I loved our ad in the September paper.  Great job.  I have attached a new copy for the October issue.  I made a change in the sales team out there, so I added the new ones.  Thanks again.

To the Editor:

Hi, Sue.  I saw last month's letter to the editor from Liz Potasek of Southwest Metro Magazine asking if you would consider being featured in their magazine.  I say, "Go for it!" People are interested in the woman behind the Victoria Gazette and this would be an excellent opportunity for us to learn more about you.  I want the background story on Sue Orsen, editor, author, musician, wife, and mother.

         Robin Kelleher

         Burnsville, Minnesota

To the Editor:

Thanks for posting that horseshoe article.  There were over 1,400 participants at the World Tournament, not 400.  As a matter of fact, it was the fourth largest one ever.  Found the fishhook on page 13 in the Yetzer's ad.

         Marlys Timm

         Loretto, Minnesota

To the Editor:

We love reading the Gazette.  Small town life in Victoria is alive and well.  Thank you for a wonderful paper for all of us who live in and around Victoria.

         Pete and Anne Hackert

         Victoria, Minnesota

To the Editor:

My thanks to you, Sue.  I try hard to keep up with the best feature writer I have ever read and a paper that seeks to tell it like it is and is beholden to no one on earth.  I have searched your website for your next deadline date for material and cannot find it.  My husband takes the Gazette with him on business air trips to study and has a habit of leaving them all over the world.  He is in Germany right now for two weeks.  I would like to comment on mail theft and am waiting on some callbacks with more information pertaining to our area.  Thank you.

To the Editor:

Hi, Sue.  Haven't written to you in a while.  I think I found the fishhook.  How tricky we are!  Leon could not find i.  I do enjoy all the pictures you have in the Gazette, always very interesting.  I think you must like to do this paper and that's good.

To the Editor:

Hello, Sue.  Thank you for printing the truth about Planned Parenthood and the abortion industry in your August editorial.  The majority of the news media either don't care about the unborn child or don't have the courage to inform the public of what actually happens inside an abortion clinic.

I am enclosing a copy of the recent Senate vote on defunding Planned Parenthood.  We are still seven votes short, even after the senators watched the Planned Parenthood videos.  Sad.  Our two state senators (Franken and Klobuchar) continue to vote for the abortion of babies.

The House has passed a bill to cut funding to Planned Parenthood by 60%.  This would be a good start.

I read the book The Harbinger by Jonathan Cahn.  It is an eye opener on how the Lord is dealing with the United States in its slow but steady movement away from Him.  Thank you.
