To the Editor:

Thank you again for giving us a paper that reports the area news.  In your latest March edition, Julianne Ortman’s history on electing judges is something you don’t learn in schools these days.

The meeting on Hwy 5 was very informative, but we are many years away from a four-lane road or light rail, maybe 2050, a year many of us will never see.

Where was the picture of the Big Fish from the Victoria Fire Department Fishing Contest?

Ethel Ausink’s articles are the most informative pieces!  You don’t find any of that press in other papers.  Related to her latest piece, ingredients for vitamins and drugs come from China and there have been many deaths from these bad ingredients.

EDITOR’S NOTE:  Hi, Sandra.  Stieger Lake is a catch and release lake and the fish is plunked back into the lake so fast you can’t find the winner in time unless you’re a perfect johnny on the spot and I’m a susie.  In any case, if you’ve seen one, you’ve seen them all, unlike people.

To the Editor:

I am writing with regard to puzzles and to inquire as to whether you would be interested in any puzzles for publication in your newspaper.  We can supply a large range of over 50 puzzles for both adults and children at very competitive prices.  For instance, the popular sudoku is just $3 per puzzle, in print-ready pdf or eps format, complete with solution and publication license.  I do hope this is of interest to you, and if you would like to see samples of any puzzles or place an order, please do get in touch.

To the Editor:

I am just emailing you today to remind you of our 5th Anniversary Celebration happening tomorrow (Wednesday, March 26th) at the Victoria Field House.  We would love it if you could make it out.  The party goes from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.  Please let me know if you have any questions.

To the Editor:

The next time you bump into Mark or Lori Jesberg, make sure you make them buy you one.  They just won $100,000 in the lottery.  Also, we have a small internal lottery game at work here (Mark and I work at the same place) and guess who won $150 on it today?  You guessed it.  The guy’s got a horseshoe up his butt.

To the Editor:

Thanks so much for all you do to put the Gazette together.  We look forward to receiving it each month.  I enjoy looking for the fishhook.  This time it’s on page 8 in the Boogie Blast ad.  Keep up your good work.
