To the Editor: We were driving through the Carver Park campgrounds very near where the Gerdsen home once stood, and as we drove down the gravel road several hundred feet from the gatehouse, there appeared a dust devil in the center of the road! It was most spectacular. It reached 50 to 100 feet in height before dissipating. While we have seen dust devils in the deserts of New Mexico and Arizona, we have never before seen one in Minnesota.
