To the Editor: The holiday season is fast approach-ing and the CAP Agency is getting ready for our Hope for the Holidays Project. Thanks to your support in 2004, we were able to provide over 1,000 families with gifts. We anticipate a similar demand this year. We are starting our sponsorship cam-paign. If you are interested in sponsoring, please tell us how many individuals you would like to sponsor. Again this year, each participant will provide two gift sug-gestions. Your total donation per person should be in the $30 to $50 price range. Your gifts should be brought to the St. Victoria Catholic Church on the drop-off days: Sunday, December 11th, from 1:00 to 4 p.m.; and Monday, December 12th, from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. If you have any questions, please feel free to call me at 952-402-9871. I look forward to hearing from you and partner-ing once again to provide families in need with Hope for the Holidays. Vicki Stahlke Coordinator CAP Agency Scott-Carver-Dakota Counties
To the Editor: It was a pleasure meeting you by chance recently while shopping. Through your fine paper, the Victoria Gazette, Cecil and I are getting to know our new hometown. We would like to begin our subscription to the Gazette at this time. Mary Provence Victoria, Minnesota
EDITOR'S NOTE: In noticing your return address, I want to tell you that the correct spelling is Stieger Lake Lane, regardless of how some of the city street signs misspell it.
To the Editor: A heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped me at the time of my acci-dent and for all the cards, flowers, food, gifts, prayers, and visits. I will always be grateful. Donna (Tom) Schneider Victoria, Minnesota
To the Editor: The next few months provide people with an excellent opportunity to enhance Minnesota's environment by spending time in their yards and gardens. Thank you for your time and consid-eration. Cassie Carver MN Nursing & Landscape Assoc.
