Ribbon Cutting. I am attaching photos from the Grand Opening of the Notermann Building in Victoria on September 22nd. We took a lot of photos. There are some great ones of all the people who attended, some family and past workers at the old Notermann store, as well as the ribbon cutting. Some of the guests reminisced about their times in the original space.
