Congratulations, Terri! Our Victoria resident, Terri Hertensteiner, just got awarded "Costco Employee of the month!" Here she is being helpful and looking great. If anyone wants to join, just call Terri and she'll give you a $10 bonus just for signing with her. Costco is like a Sam's Club and it's located in Eden Prairie on Technology Drive. Terri is in New Member Sales for individuals and businesses. She doesn't work in floral. I just took her picture there because it was a pretty background. Thanks for taking a look at this. (I am always trying to submit local interest news. You probably have it coming it by the truckloads.) Nan Emmer and all your Victoria friends Victoria, Minnesota

Thank You, City of Victoria. Remember the photo that I sent to the Gazette back in July, where trees partially hid the Stop Sign on Rose Street by Victoria City Hall? Good news! The trees are removed. Thank you to the City of Victoria for making it easier to find the Stop Signs in downtown Victoria. Photo is enclosed. Jerery Beneke Victoria, Minnesota

Happy 50th! Thanks for all the news in your wonderful Victoria paper. The October issue reminds me of 55 years ago when I gradu-ated from the St. Victoria grade school. Here is a picture of that school. Also, I celebrated my 50th jubilee in 2005. It has been 50 years since I made first vows as a Benedictine sister. The Benedictine sisters taught the eight grades at the St. Victoria School. I'm also sending a picture of me as a Benedictine sister, taken about 50 years ago. Keep up your wonderful paper. Peace and God's blessings. Sister Lois Hauwiller St. Paul, Minnesota
