To the Editor: I have had the pleasure of working with Jim Leone on community and youth athletic programs. He values his family and the future of this school district. His high energy and organizational skills will enable him to balance his family (his wife and five children), his job asVP of Opera-tions at Instant Web Company, and a posi-tion on the District 112 School Board. We have known Jim and his family for ten years and know he is an excellent candidate to fill this position. Whatever he gets involved in he excels at, while developing effective relationships with everyone he encounters. Creativity, strategic planning, and problem solving come naturally to him. Jim will bring his management, operational and organizational skills to assist in developing the programs that must be planned to meet our school dis-trict's needs, both immediate and long range. His accomplished business back-ground allows him to ask the tough ques-tions and get the job done. Help us elect Jim leone to the District 112 School Board on November 4th. To the Editor: The impending referendum offers an opportunity for all of us, the opportunity to do something positive for the young people of our school district. Providing an education to everyone who lives in our community is a requirement; providing a quality education is a responsibility. This is an investment for the future. The return will be measured by the enrichment to the individual lives of our students. Let us give our youth the gift of an educational environment that provides the very best opportunity to be successful. As you consider the qualifications of candidates, choose individuals who will be responsible for the business of educat-ing our children. I believe that Jim Leone has both the experience in leadership posi-tions and a strong business acumen to lead the school district. In addition he has worked with a myriad of volunteer organizations and knows the merits of collaboration and partnering. He and his wife Lisa have al-so been very involved with the district as parent volunteers. I know that Jim will be tireless in his commitment and dedication. Jeff Burzinski Chaska, Minnesota
