To the Editor: Once again your remittance envelope for renewing the Gazette somehow got lost along the way. But enclosed find our payment for another year of information and fun reading. Really enjoy the Gazette for it keeps me informed on the latest from my hometown. Also, I found the fishhook on page 29 on the ham of Mackenthun's ad. Thanks, and keep up the great work. Rose Ann Rotzien Alexandria, Minnesota
To the Editor: Hi, Sue. It's that time again to say hello to my old friends in Victoria and the community. Who knows, I may be back in the area, if and when my house sells, but the market is very slow. My kids want me back in Minnesota while I'm still capable, and that's a good feeling, but I love my home and area where I've lived for nearly 23 years. How time flies! Thank you for the Gazette. Diane Gramith Naples, Florida

EDITOR'S NOTE: Thank you, Marie, for those "little farmer" note cards.
To the Editor: I want to thank you so much for the pictures of Jane that you made for me. I gave one to each of the boys and they were happy. Love, Marge Chapman Chaska, Minnesota

To the Editor: I work for the Carver County Com-munity Development Agency and we're trying to come up with a database that we can use internally for marketing in the area. The information in this database is specific to the frequency of when local newspapers are sent out, what the dead-line is for submitting ads, whom I would contact, and what it would cost. Please assist me by submitting this information specific to the Victoria Gazette and any other information you feel may be of help to me. Thank you. To the Editor: Welcome to road construction season! Phase 3 of construction on Hwy 7 began on April 16th. In order to help you find us, we've enclosed a detour map. As you can see by the map, you will not be taken too far out of your way if you are coming from the east. It's going to be a bit of a mess this summer, but let us know any way we can make it more convenient for you. You can get updated road con-struction information at this website: www.explorehutchinson.com. Chris Boesche, Controller Crow River Press Hutchinson, Minnesota
