20 Years Ago the Gazette featured Loretta and husband Dave Kocka in "A Mother's Story."  Their four children were born in Brainerd.  The family moved to Victoria in 1963.  When the kids were young, Loretta said, "They are MY kids.  God gave them to me."  After a while she came to see "they weren't my kids.  I found out they all belonged to God."
10 Years Ago the Gazette featured Lawrence and Elaine Williams in "Horses and Haying," celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary on May 22nd.  They purchased three acres on 78th Street from George Schmieg and built themselves a home there in 1960.  They had six children."
