To the Editor: Contrary to the opinion of a letter writer last month, the Gazette doesn't need any classified ads! The ads you have are just fine. Some of the classified ads these days are too weird and offensive with all sorts of idiots selling idiotic junk, including porno junk. Super deals? NOT. Best that you stay away from that. There's a lot of con artists placing those ads. I can't even stand infomercials on TV. I never watch them. They're like an old circus sideshow, a lot of bogus. Page 13 of your April Gazette is "blooming" with spring and the fishhook will bring on free fertilizer for flowers and trees. Whenever Mom got a meal of fish from any of the local old timers (she traded an apple pie for a meal of fish any-time), she dug a deep hole nearby a tree or bush and she fed them the scraps from cleaning the fish. She would put heavy rocks over the spot so any local kitties didn't invite themselves over for a snack. Happy Mom's Day to Editor Sue and all the moms and my stepmom Helen. Happy Birthday to my deceased mom Rose Meuwissen who would have been 78 this year on May 13th. Kay Meuwissen Chaska, Minnesota
To the Editor: Enclosed is a check to keep the Gazette coming to our new home. We are now living at the lovely new senior resi-dence in Chanhassen and look forward to hearing about my old hometown. Bernard and Helen Kerber Chanhassen, Minnesota

In appreciation of your friendship and business relationship, we would consider it an honor to have your presence at the Ribbon Cutting and Open House celebra-tion of our new name and the entering of a new era of providing financial services to our community. The dates are April 27th, 28th, and 29th. Again, please accept our sincere thanks for your commitment to this area as we celebrate our new name and our ser-vice to you and our community. We look forward to serving you for many years to come. Al Liestman, President KleinBank Victoria, Minnesota
To the Editor: Thank you for the Gazette. It's such a great paper, and we look forward to each issue. I'm sending a check for two subscriptions, one for us and one for our son Scott and wife Lori who live on Lake Zumbra. They will love it, too. I have to tell you that we share some-thing special. We both have a grandson named Gunnar! Ours was born on Janu-ary 30th and is a great grandchild, but that's close. What a blessing all of our grandchildren are. See you soon. Pat Leonard Eden Prairie, Minnesota
To the Editor: I love to read your paper. For me it puts America back into America. Loved to see your family in the April Gazette and the joy in their eyes. Lucy Arndt Minneapolis, Minnesota
To the Editor: Thanks for the Gazette. I enjoyed reading the letter from Daniel Schwalbe in your April edition. Grace Lahr Waconia, Minnesota
To the Editor: I was just browsing through your online Victoria Grapevine but couldn't find what I'm looking for. Do you know of anyone in the area who offers horse-back riding lessons? My children are at an age where I think it would be fun. Any information or links you might suggest would be helpful. Thanks. Julie Meinke Victoria, Minnesota
