"Letters" Continued.

To the Editor:
Thank you for the Victoria Gazette.  I received it yesterday.  I haven't had a chance to read it all, but I see you do a nice job.  I really enjoyed your group on the pilgrimage.  Hope to travel with you again sometimes.

To the Editor:
Will you fax me a tear sheet for Invoice #12171 for the Catholic Aid Association?  I am taking over the billing and I do not have an indication as to which of our reps placed this ad.  Can you put the rep's name on the bill in the future?  Thank you.

To the Editor:
I fail to see the importance of leaving Kim Roden's name out of Ruth Kroen-ing's letter to the editor in the May issue of the Gazette.  I think you should reprint it like Ruth wrote it, identifying that it was Victoria Councilmember Kim Roden who said to her about her views on C.H. Carpenter Lumber, "If those things are important to you, then you should move to Waconia or Chanhassen."
As you say, Sue, it's fine that all Victoria councilmembers know about her identity, but I also think the citizens of Victoria need to know.  Could be handy at election time, don't you think?

To the Editor:
Hi, Sue.  We are moving out of the area but would really enjoy getting the Gazette.  Please send the paper to our new address at Remer, Minnesota.  Thanks.

To the Editor:
The Fatima-Lourdes trip of recent was so inspirational and I am so happy to have met you and enjoy your humor and pleasant nature.  I called Mary Moore and she said she would ask you to send Alexia and me copies of your write-up of the trip, so when you have some convenient time, I would appreciate if you could do this for me.  The $10 is to cover any expenses you incur, and the balance you may want to drop in church collections.  Hope to see you one of these days, and may God bless you and your family.
Do you have any extra pictures of you and Mary?

To the Editor:
I am very impressed with your news-paper.  Thank you so much for sending it to us.  It is full of very interesting tidbits!

To the Editor:
Thanks for the copy of the Victoria Gaztte.  We really enjoyed your editorial column about the trip.  You're very obser-vant and have a good way with words.  Also learned a lot about Victoria and enjoyed the ads, especially those about restaurants.  Take care.

To the Editor:
Asking for your prayers for Thom Derr.  He was in a motorcycle accident yesterday, May 3rd, on his way to Minneapolis.  He broke ribs and broke his collar bone.  Doctors say he will be fine, but this could be a difficult recovery.  Please keep him in your prayers.  Thanks.

To the Editor:
I thought the following letter from Wendy Heinisch to Klein Bank was good because it was unsolicited:
"Because of your generosity and sup-port, I have a check for $1,545 to give to the Komen Race for the Cure of Breast Cancer on behalf of Klein Financial.
"I can't begin to tell you how hon-ored I am to work with and for people who always come through for a good cause when asked, sometimes without even being asked.
"On behalf of myself, Linda Nelson, Ruth Effertz, and in honor and memory of Doraleen Riesgraf, and any other Klein Financial employee past, present, or future, or one of their loved ones who will be or has been touched by breast cancer, I humbly thank you and consider it an honor to walk in the name of Klein Financial on Sunday.
"Special thanks to Judy Thul who has lovingly pursued this effort and got us involved for the last four years.  Thanks to the management at Klein Financial for allowing us to do fundraisers.  You are the best and you truly do make good things happen.  Thanks again."
In the interest of readers of the Gazette, the Susan G. Komen Race is a Breast Cancer fundraiser.  The people mentioned are either employees or past employees of Klein Financial.  Judy Thul is a current employee.  Linda Nelson worked in accounting.  Doraleen used to work in statement processing and passed away about a year ago from cancer.  Mary Ruth Effertz works at the commons.
