May Day was celebrated in the Kirke-Lachen neighborhood of Victoria.  On May 1st, 2003, friends gathered to celebrate with the traditional May Pole Dance and a tea.  On a dreamy first of May, everyone had a wonderful day.

Paul grew up in Victoria, attended the St. Victoria Catholic School, and is a brother of the late Math Hartmann.  Their mother was a Diethelm.  Della is a sister of Victoria's beloved Lenny Koehnen and so many other wonderful Koehnen siblings.

New Owner at Schmitty's.  Welcome, Craig Glynn, new owner at Schmitty's Tavern as of June 1st, 2003.  Your 14 years experience at Domino's Pizza will surely assist in your new endeavor to deliver good food and drink in downtown Victoria.
According to wife Sondra Glynn, who has been painting trim and walls in the pool table room, "a lot of little things" are being planned for the future at Schmitty's.  Craig and Sondra and their two daugh-ters, Corinna, 7, and Andrea, 4, live in Shakopee.
