*Council approved a contract with Countryside Veterinarian of Waconia for animal impounding services. 
*Council ordered the improvement and the preparation of plans and specifica-tions for improvements to the Sanitary Lift Station at Zumbra Ridge.  Estimated project cost is $120,700.
*Council formally adopted the Final Tax Levy for the City of Victoria for col-lection in 2007.  It totals $3,716,515.
*Council formally adopted the 2007 General Fund Operating Budget for the City of Victoria.  It includes $3,667,634 in total revenues and a transfer of $367,667 to fund the Field House Operations.
*K & K Family Homes, developer at Madelyn Creek in Victoria, received per-mission to donate $15,000 in cash and amenities in lieu of a "gateway" monu-ment feature at the development along Highway 5.  They will donate $7,500 cash and $7,500 in improvements at the existing Welcome to Victoria Monument.
*Council approved the joint powers agreement 2007 prosecution contract whereby the Carver County Attorney's Office provides services that include the prosecution of statutory gross misdemean-or, misdemeanor and petty misdemeanor violations, other liquor law violations, municipal traffic and parking ordinance violations.  In payment for these services the city pays a percentage of the fines and penalties collected plus a surcharge.
