On the Heels of Halloween.  I took some pictures at the Lions Victoria Halloween Party.  Don't know if you would like some for the next paper, but if you do I can send them to you.  Maybe you can use them.

City of Lakes and Parks.  This picture was taken at Kelzer Pond Park in Victoria on October 30th, in the late afternoon.  I was checking on the parks and decided what a beautiful view at that time of day, so just had to snap a photo.

Victoria Roots.  I read an item online in your May 2005 issue of the Gazette that lists a large number of names and refers to a photo from Mary Moore, of the old St. Victoria Catholic School.  The photo was taken in 1905 and includes students in the eight grades.  I would like to get a copy of that photo because quite a number of the names are relatives of mine.  Is there any chance of getting a copy of that page from the paper Gazette, or at least of the photo?
My great grandparents are buried in the St. Victoria Cemetery.  I visited their gravesite this past summer.  I am attaching a picture of me standing by their memorial.  It was a very emotional experience for me to be there.  I also saw the house that they lived in.  It is not far from the cemetery.  By the way, my great grandmother's name was Schneider.  Do you have a phone number for Mary (Wartman/Schneider) Moore?
