To the Editor:
Merry Christmas.  I almost didn't get to see another Christmas.  In November I was having trouble breathing and was so weak I barely could walk.  Even to open up a can of soup took over a minute and made me out of breath.  I'd feel dizzy, overtired, lightheaded.  Putting a light bulb in a lamp socket wore me out.
I am on oxygen for sleep apnea but it didn't make any difference.  Went to the doctor.  I was very anemic.  Blood count of 3 to 5 was all that was in me, and 12 is normal.  I was sent right to the ER.  Spent five days in the hospital and had eight units of blood put in.  Now I'm better.
The fishhook was on page 20 on the angel's wing.

It's Friday evening, November 17th.  Just had a call that Darel Geske was taken to Ridgeview Hospital after collapsing in the bathroom at their home.  Please keep Darel and Sharen and family in special prayers.  Thanks much.

Would it be possible to purchase a few copies of the October and November issues of the Gazette?  If so, how do I go about getting them?  My copies of the Gazette went off to the coaches at Holy Family here in Victoria, and I'd like to give a copy to some of the "non-Victoria" parents at the banquet tonight.  If I could get four copies of each of the October and November issues, that would be wonder-ful.  Thanks again.

I'd like to re-run the full page ad that we ran last December, with one minor change.  Last year the date of the sale was December 10th; this year it is December 9th.  Other than that, let's keep it the same.  Thank you.
Hope all is well with you.  Enjoyed reading about your trip to Italy.  You're a lucky lady.  I'll email my column to this weekend.  Warmest regards.

Enjoyed your write-up on Italy.  That's one place I would like to see.  Two of my daughters have been there.  Maybe I'll get there one day.

I finally had a chance to look at your online pictures from Italy.  I sure enjoyed them.  They were just beautiful.  Almost made me feel like I was there.  Looks like you had a great time and the weather was perfect the whole trip.  You, Allan, and the kids have a nice Thanksgiving.

I just listened to the song about the old barn again.  I remember when you and Allan used the old wood from Dad's barn to panel your basement.
I've looked at your online pictures from your trip to Italy.  Wow.  You sure saw a lot, and you must keep a journal to be able to write about each one.
I suppose you heard about the stupid deer that hit my truck a couple weeks ago.  What a mess he made out of it.  The following week, one hit Sonya's van on her way to the Cities.  There are definitely too many of them in the world
