Red Hat Social Event.  Tuesday, August 16th, at Auburn Manor, 501 Oak Street in Chaska.  Desserts, desserts, and more desserts will be featured.  Donation of $10 is requested.  Registration deadline Aug. 9th.

Jolly Ramblers.  Sunday, August 14th, at 4 p.m. at the Lake Auburn Moravian Church, located north of Hwy 5 on Co. Rd. 11.  Chuck Thiel and his musical styles from German-Czech old time music to patriotic, polka, Christian, and country-rock.  Light supper available.  This is an event to benefit the Salvation Army.

Victoria Elementary School.  Wednesday, August 31st, parents have an opportunity to tour the school from 4 to 6 p.m.  Check www.district112.org for more information. 

Victoria Volksfest.  Saturday, September 24th, downtown Victoria.  Food, street dance, prizes.  Sponsored by the Victoria Chamber, the City of Victoria, and area businesses.

Victoria Lions meet the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at the Victoria Hall on Rose Street at 6:30 p.m.

Victoria Chamber of Commerce meets on an irregular basis.

Victoria Senior Citizens meet weekly on Thursdays at the Acorn House in Diethelm Park.

Victoria City Council meets on the second and fourth Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the Victoria Hall on Rose Street.  There are also special council meetings and workshops scheduled throughout the year.

Victoria American Legion meets monthly.  Established in 1995.  Call Dan Steinhagen, Carver County Veterans Officer, for more information.

Victoria Toastmasters meet the second and fourth Thursdays at 7 p.m.
