To the Editor:
I have filed for Carver County Com-missioner for the new Third District. We in Carver County need a change in leader-ship. If I am elected I would plan to devel-op an Administrative Services Plan. Carver County needs to plan for staff professionals and services for the next 5 to 10 years. None exists today. If I am elected I would plan for Monthly Expense Reports by Commis-sioners. None is required. They are paid a set monthly tax-free amount. If I am elected I would plan a County Building Project Schedule of Funding and Tennant use. It is a mystery as to how, what, and when new building projects are scheduled for opening and occupancy. I am currently chairperson of the City of Victoria Planning Commission. Pre-viously I have served as President of the City of Minnetonka Economic Develop-ment Commission, President of the Minnesota Bed and Breakfast Guild, and Member of the Minnesota Department Tourism Commission. I am a recipient of Rotary Internation-al Paul Harris Award. I coach youth hockey and softball. My wife Anne and I are previous owners of the Bluff Creek Inn Bed and Breakfast of Chaska. The Third Commissioner District includes the City of Victoria, Carver, and Chaska Wards I and II. Gary Delaney Resident of Victoria, Minnesota

To the Editor: Would you be so kind as to put this thank you note into your letters to the editor? Dave got home from bypass surgery and, after a rough week, is starting to do better. Thanks so much for all the news you keep us informed about. From Dave, thank you to all for the prayers, concerns, cards, food, and thoughtful things you did during my recent illness. It was most appreciated by our whole family. God bless you all. Dave Kocka, Loretta, and family Victoria, Minnesota
To the Editor: Hello. It's just me. I was looking at your website and future search engine that you're working on. It's pretty fancy for the little town west of Chanhassen. When are you going to add it to your home page? The new "Key" is also nice, with all of the free advertising for the local businesses. See you later. Nick Orsen Maple Grove, Minnesota
