My vocabulary was changed on Monday, August 11th. I now speak of the Wild Thing, the Corkscrew, the Renegade, and the High Roller with firsthand knowledge and experience of them. From now on I’ll stick to the Train, the Carousel, the Tilter, and Dinosaur Park. |

Dinosaur Park |

Dinosaur Park was amazing. The giant creatures moved and groaned and eyed us little humans as invaders in their world. There was one negative moment that afternoon. As we walked near the longest-necked dinosaur in the Park, Addie was stung by a bee, a big yellow jacket, and it hurt her. I used my water bottle to make a mudpack for the wound, and soon the bee’s stinger was released and Addie felt better. |
