The Victoria Burrow Opens

It’s an amazing establishment that opened Friday, October 19th, in downtown Victoria.  We didn’t stop to visit until a few days later when Taylor Stans, Maddie Smith, and Sydney Rogich served drinks at “The Bar.”

Coral Gerring, Jacob Ellis, and Gino Boclair created favorite pizzas and burgers and other food for the customers.

Gracie Kolars at the ice cream window put a good scoop on the evening.

Julie Cook of Victoria and her son Nolan, 7, enjoyed the games in the arcade.

The miniature golf course is picturesque, especially in the night lights.

Axe throwing is a new phenomenon come to Victoria!

I believe there are axe throwing leagues.

Hammerschlagen is a competitive game involving driving a nail into a log.  The concept derives from German games played with a nail and an axe.

Brian Russel served customers near the axe throwers and Hammerschlagen.

The brothers Connor and Gabe Sell were found in the axe throwing arena.  Love those plaid flannels!

Maddie Messenbring at the “front desk” said hello and can I help you.

The Victoria Burrow was created for people of all ages.  Jason Cooney is the Operating Manager.  Josh Hanson is Assistant General Manager.  The Burrow employees approximately 60 people.  The Gazette found the place fun and friendly.
