On Sunday, September 23rd, an invaluable, priceless oil painting by Mike Balma will be showcased in Victoria at the distinctive home located among gardens on the western shore of Lake Wassermann. Mark will be revealing Christ in his Salvator Mundi.” Drone Camp in Tioga, ND by Sue Orsen. “Christopher Norgaard was recognized in August for his leadership on the Tioga Economic Development Corporation in starting and organizing the Tioga Drone Camp for Kids.” Schram Winery by Sue Orsen. “It was a hot and humid August evening that we found a perfectly picturesque spot in the shade less than ten minutes down the road. From that spot we viewed a vineyard, a lake, cornfields, and a brewery.” Congratulations, Election Staff by Randy Maluchnik, Carver County Commissioner. “We are thrilled to report that our county/city and township clerks, staff, election judges, and new equipment worked so well during the primary election.” On the Streets Where We Live by Sue Orsen. “The movie and the lyrics seem written for Victoria and its many street events all summer long.” Victoria’s Library Log by Jodi Edstrom, Youth Services Librarian.
