The Minnesota Valley Community Band played at the Charlson Thun Community Bandstand in Victoria on June 21st.  A favorite in Victoria and many other places, the band was formed in 1986 and has been playing concerts in the Carver County area ever since.

The band is under the longtime (if not from the beginning) direction of Barry Fox

Hi, Lorna and Pastor Arnold Lemke (right), former pastor of Faith Lutheran Church, Victoria.  On the left in the photo are their guests who had driven in from Glenham, SD, the Rev. Larry and wife Marlene Schlomer, former missionaries to South America.  Larry is Lorna’s brother.
