Mom and Dad tried to get here on Thanksgiving Day, but it was too icy so they turned back home when they got to Redwood Falls.  It was clear and sunny on Friday and they made it in about two and a half hours, same as in the old days.

Jenny and family were here so it was another wonderful time with four generations.  Nick felt bad he couldn’t return but he was doing Thanksgiving with Jen’s mom and family.

As you will see from these pictures, we played Dominoes and Spoons and the Piano.  It was so fun! 

My dinner was turkey and wild rice soup that I made that morning plus Thanksgiving leftovers.  Everybody ate well.  Thank you for coming, Mom and Dad.  It was great having you here.
