Message from the Mayor by Mayor Tom O’Connor.  “The Stieger Lake wetland restoration began last May with a citywide community meeting.  Major construction activity was substantially completed this past February, funded by the MCWD.”

Turning Passion into Results by Bill Olson, MCWD Manager.  “To help defray some costs of installing raingardens and pervious pavement driveways, the MCWD offers grants to cover up half the cost of eligible projects.”

Musical Musing by Thom Derr, Motorcycle Man.  “For my entire adult life, I have always been part of a church choir.  For the last 20 of those years, the Harley Babe and I have been part of the St. Victoria Choir.”

Fathers Leave Legacies and Memories by Mike Wartman, Former Resident of Victoria.  “Fathers always seemed to look the other way, never showed their disappointment, and left legacies and lots of memories.”

Sewer Repair Continues in Victoria by the MCES.  “The temporary wastewater conveyance system pumps the wastewater out of the section of pipe that needs to be cleaned and repaired.”

Jeanette Schu, 87, died May 9th at Auburn Manor.
