Final 2016 Classic Car Nights

The last two 2016 Classic Car Nights in Victoria were held on Wednesday, August 31st, and Wednesday, September 14th.  Randy Miller, president of the Victoria Business Association and member of the Classic Car Committee, wheeled around on his two-wheeler.

Wayne Chapman of Victoria showed me his 1967 Oldsmobile, Model 442.  Thank you, Wayne.

Susie and Lloyd Bonkoski of Victoria are seated once again in their favorite spot.  Lloyd just celebrated his 90th birthday this summer.  His much younger wife is the chief cook and bottle washer.

This 1969 Pontiac Firebird is owned by David Butler of Victoria.

Hi, Nancy and Tom Vogt.  Tom is a Victoria City Councilmember who is running for re-election this fall.

Hi, Patrick and June Henning.  I got to know these folks through the St. Victoria Choir.

At the close of the evening, Victoria’s vintage 1929 fire truck is  being driven away by Victoria Firefighter Rick Leuthner.
