Conception occurred some years ago and it was a long and difficult pregnancy.  As the Victoria family continued to grow, existing quarters became crowded and unsafe.  Family planning became a big deal and even contentious at times.  Physical labor prior to delivery took nearly nine months.  It’s head began to show in early summer 2014, and its umbilical cord was cut in 2015.  It was delivered to its parents on February 9th, 2015, with a formal Flag Raising and Ribbon Cutting.
