Partnering with Victoria by Randy Maluchnik, Carver County Commissioner.  “In 2013 a paved biking trail be constructed from Kirke Lachen Park through the downtown business area.  The project is a partnership between Victoria, Three Rivers Park District, Hennepin County Regional Rail, and Carver County.”

Zebra Mussels at Big Island by Sue Orsen.  “One of our  favorite places to anchor with the grandchildren is at the sandy bottom shore and shallow waters on the north side of Big Island.”

Good Catch on Board by Chuck Freiberg, Up North Cabin Guy.  “I baited Pam’s pole and asked if she remembered how to use the open-faced casting reel.  She replied, ‘Of course.’  I observed her holding it upside down, using the wrong hand ….”
